I like both versions of Pennywise, but Tim Curry’s version always felt close to the book to me…not a monster, just something feeling “off” about a human clown. The 1990 movie will always be one of my favorite things ever and MAJOR comfort film for me. This is my tribute to Tim Curry scaring the s**t out of 11 year old me. THANK YOU for looking at my silly cartoons! I appreciate every single interaction.

AVAILABLE DESIGN! For years and years and years I only wanted to do serious art…like a “real artist.” I tried to be sooooo dark and angsty; but when I was a teenager all I wanted was to work for Disney…which isn’t very serious I guess. I enjoy cartoons, I think they are beautiful and don’t get the “respect,” they deserve in our world. Realism is fu***ng beautiful, but so are silly animal women. In the eye of the beholder I guess.

EVERYBODY was king-fu fighting?!? I never received the invite and instead fought with internal gloom and existential dread. It’s true I did so fast as lightning AND with expert timing, (I earned my black belt in doom years ago) but I would’ve rather been at this fine fella’s side kicking ass and taking names. Raffle winner from last year! It’s not everyday I get to do tattoos like this…but I would be so much more content if I did…almost happy even…but not quite. Thank you Travis for choosing this as your raffle, I was more than happy to do it. Very fun indeed. More cartoons, more weird stuff and more animation mashups please! I don’t really like to do “serious tattoos,” anymore (although I def will!) but I will definitely take your odd tattoo VERY seriously.

Today I got to touch up a tattoo I did about 20 years ago…how incredibly embarrassing that I thought my work was very “bitching” and without compare back then. 🤦 I’m glad I progressed in my tattoo career so there’s that…but holy s**t what was I doing?
