SACRED RAGE is a half-day workshop-retreat for women to explore and express what’s been building inside—at your own pace, in ways that feel right for you. You’re invited to scream, pound, drum, stomp, dance, stretch, rest, share, journal, or simply be present.
You’re welcome to participate, pause, observe, or choose another way of caring for yourself at any time. There is space for both your fire and your tenderness. Come as you are; nothing is required.
