Join us for a nourishing half-day summer retreat designed to deepen your connection to your yoga practice through mindful movement, meditation, and intentional rest. This immersive in-house experience offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and reset in a supportive studio environment.
Over the course of 4 hours, we will explore:
Guided meditation and breathwork
A thoughtful yoga practice with detailed breakdowns of postures and alignment
Techniques to build greater awareness, stability, and confidence in your practice
Time outdoors to ground, reflect, and enjoy the energy of summer
Space for relaxation, connection, and renewal
