This group is designed to be a networking and social group of professional women in the Saline area and is open to any woman looking to connect with other women for networking, learning, and support mixed in with a good dose of fun. In addition to meeting and networking, as the group develops there may also be opportunities for the Saline Women in Business (SWiB) group to take on the development o

f social and/or educational programs within the Saline Chamber and community to further expand their skills and exposure. Some of the benefits of the Saline Women in Business group include:
• Meeting new people!
• Discovering and developing new business insights and opportunities
• Networking with interesting, intelligent and thoughtful colleagues and connections
• Expanding your network of business contacts in the Saline area and beyond
• Increasing your community visibility through participation in meetings, activities, and other events

Saline Women in Business Meetings:
• Planned monthly
• Primary goal is to provide an opportunity for women to interact on both a personal and professional level with other Saline area women in a casual setting.
• Meetings may also include topics of interest such as health/wellness issues, building your business, economic issues, and/or other activities based on feedback from the group

Job Shadowing Opportunities
Saline High School Student Internship Experience

Saline High School is interested in developing a mentoring program for all of its students. The concept would be for students to shadow (observe) businesses at work, throughout the community, over the course of one trimester at Saline High School for approximately 15 - 20 hours. The earliest that this program would begin is in the 2025/26 school year. For now, the school is gauging interest to see which businesses would be willing to support this program for our students at Saline High School.
