Release is not just something you do in a room.

It is something you learn to practice in your life.

Sometimes release looks like forgiving what still hurts.
Sometimes release looks like no longer explaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.
Sometimes release looks like choosing rest without guilt.
Sometimes release looks like admitting, “I am tired,” before your body forces you to stop.
Sometimes release looks like letting go of the version of you that survived but can no longer lead.

The work of becoming whole does not end when the moment ends.

It continues in your decisions.
It continues in your boundaries.
It continues in your self-talk.
It continues in how you steward your body, mind, emotions, money, relationships, and faith.

You have carried some things long enough.

Now keep choosing release.

The Mind, Money, and Wellness panel at the Releasing HER Experience was one of those conversations women did not just hear, they felt it.

This powerful conversation featured Tineka Harmon of Ebony Grace Mental Health Practice, Evelyn Anita Johnson, Financial Consultant, and Shanelle Elmore of A New Beginning Doula and each of them brought such a necessary perspective to the room.

This panel reminded us that release is not one-dimensional.

Sometimes what a woman is carrying is not only emotional.
Sometimes it is mental.
Sometimes it is financial.
Sometimes it is physical.
Sometimes it is generational.
Sometimes it is the silent pressure of trying to survive, provide, heal, plan, nurture, build, and keep going all at the same time.

Tineka brought wisdom around mental and emotional wellness, helping women recognize the importance of caring for the mind and not normalizing silent overwhelm.

Evelyn gave practical insight around financial wellness, reminding us that clarity, stewardship, and healthy money habits are part of a woman’s freedom and future.

Shanelle brought a needed perspective on support, care, transitions, and wellness, especially for women navigating life, motherhood, and the many unseen responsibilities they carry.

Together, they helped women see that wellness is not just about feeling better for a moment. It is about building a life where your mind is cared for, your money is managed with wisdom, your body is honored, your support systems are healthy, and your future is not constantly being shaped by survival mode.

Because a woman cannot fully thrive while silently falling apart in areas nobody can see.

This panel helped women pause and ask deeper questions:

What am I carrying mentally that I have normalized?
What financial patterns need to shift for my future?
Where do I need support instead of silent strength?
What does wellness look like beyond Sunday, beyond the event, and beyond the moment?

That is the power of the Releasing HER Experience.

It was not just inspiration.
It was information.
It was activation.
It was practical.
It was personal.
It was needed.

Thank you, Tineka Harmon, Evelyn Anita Johnson, and Shanelle Elmore, for pouring into the room with wisdom, compassion, clarity, and practical tools. You helped women see that release is not just about what we let go of, it is also about what we build in its place.

Mind.
Money.
Wellness.

All of it matters.

Because HER healing matters.
HER future matters.
HER whole life matters. 💜

Your Body Is a Temple, Not a Project was such a necessary conversation at the Releasing HER Experience.

We are still grateful for the incredible contribution made by Jessica, Cheree, and Deatrice as they poured into the women in the room with wisdom, grace, encouragement, and practical truth.

This session reminded us that our bodies are not problems to be fixed.
They are not projects to be criticized.
They are not something to shame, punish, or compare.

Our bodies are temples.

They are worthy of care.
Worthy of honor.
Worthy of movement.
Worthy of rest.
Worthy of nourishment.
Worthy of grace.
Worthy of love.

Jessica helped us think deeper about wellness and how we care for ourselves with intention. Cheree brought such a needed perspective on healing, wholeness, and honoring the body from the inside out. Deatrice helped us put release into motion, reminding us that movement can be joyful, freeing, and accessible.

Together, they helped the ladies see that release is not only emotional or spiritual, it is physical too.

So many women carry stress, pressure, trauma, responsibility, and exhaustion in their bodies without even realizing it. This session gave language, permission, and practical tools for women to begin treating their bodies with compassion instead of criticism.

It was healing.
It was empowering.
It was practical.
It was needed.

Thank you, Jennifer, Cheree, and Deatrice, for helping us remember that wellness is not about becoming someone else. It is about honoring who we already are while becoming whole, healthy, and free.

Because at Releasing HER, we did not just release in our minds.
We did not just release in our hearts.
We released in our bodies too.

You have carried it long enough.
Now it is time to release.

The Worship Night for Releasing HER Experience was exactly what we prayed for.

From the moment the atmosphere was set, you could feel the room shift.

Women pressed in.
Women lifted their hands.
Women opened their hearts.
Women worshiped through tears.
Women released what had been heavy.
Women leaned into the presence of God.

This was not performance.
This was not routine.
This was not just another gathering.

This was an encounter.

The exhortation stirred the room. The worship carried weight. The presence of God met women right where they were. Some came tired. Some came full. Some came quiet. Some came carrying things they had not even put language to yet.

But by the end of the night, there was not a dry eye in the room.

God met us tenderly and powerfully.

There was surrender in the room.
There was healing in the room.
There was freedom in the room.
There was release in the room.
There was a reminder that women do not have to carry everything alone.

Before the panels, before the conversations, before the sessions, we started with worship because we knew this experience had to begin in the presence of God.

And He met us.

To every woman who pressed her way into the room, thank you for trusting the space and allowing God to minister to you. To Well Worship, our special guest, our leaders, and every person who helped prepare the room, thank you for serving with sensitivity, excellence, and heart.

The sound was released.
The oil flowed.
The women responded.
And God was glorified.

This is what happens when women gather with expectation.

You have carried it long enough.
Now it is time to release.

The release was not just emotional.
It was not just mental.
It was physical too. 💜🌿

During the Releasing HER Experience, Deatrice Leonard led us in an amazing movement session with chair aerobics, and it was exactly what the room needed.

So many times, women carry stress, heaviness, grief, pressure, anxiety, responsibility, and trauma in their bodies without even realizing it. We talk about releasing in our hearts and minds, but sometimes our bodies need permission to release too.

Deatrice helped us move.
She helped us breathe.
She helped us laugh.
She helped us loosen up.
She helped us reconnect with our bodies from a place of joy, not shame.

And that mattered.

Because our bodies are not projects to be criticized.
They are temples to be honored.
They are vessels that have carried us through seasons we did not always have language for.
They deserve care, movement, grace, and love.

The chair aerobics session reminded us that release can happen through worship, conversation, tears, laughter, and movement.

Thank you, Deatrice, for helping us shake off what no longer served us and reminding us that wellness is not only something we talk about it is something we practice.

At Releasing HER, women released emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.

And we are better because of it.

What I Had to Release kicked off the Releasing HER Experience with a bang.

From the very first session, the room was invited into honesty, courage, and release.

Pastor Asia opened the experience by provoking every woman in the room to lean into transparency and begin shaking off what no longer serves who they are becoming. She reminded us that release is not just about letting go of something bad, sometimes it is about letting go of what was necessary for survival but is no longer healthy for your future.

Then the conversation went deeper.

Jocelyn shared about the impact of painful experiences and the choices that followed, choices that changed the direction of her life, shaped her healing, and reminded us that what happens to us may be painful, but it does not have to have the final word over who we become.

Christina opened up about the hardness of navigating forgiveness, the process of understanding her value, and the courage it takes to release what tried to define you so you can embrace who God created you to be.

This panel was raw.
It was real.
It was necessary.
It was freeing.

Women were reminded that release is not always pretty, but it is powerful. Sometimes you have to release the pain, the shame, the old mindset, the survival pattern, the disappointment, the unforgiveness, and even the version of yourself that kept you protected but also kept you stuck.

What I Had to Release was more than a panel. It was a mirror, a moment, and a movement toward freedom.

Thank you, Pastor Asia, Jocelyn, and Christina, for creating a space where women could tell the truth, breathe again, and begin to release what can no longer go with them.

Because she has carried it long enough.
Now it is time to release.

There is a burden that comes with being a visionary.

People often see the event, the flyer, the pictures, the smiles, the worship, the panels, and the beautiful moments. But they do not always see the weight behind creating a space where women of different ages, experiences, stories, wounds, seasons, and backgrounds can come together and feel safe enough to breathe.

That kind of space does not happen by accident.

It takes prayer.
It takes discernment.
It takes sacrifice.
It takes emotional labor.
It takes sensitivity.
It takes courage.
It takes the ability to see what women are carrying, even when they have learned how to smile through it.

Creating safe spaces for women is not just about gathering women in a room. It is about stewarding an atmosphere where the young woman, the seasoned woman, the single woman, the married woman, the mother, the daughter, the leader, the survivor, the dreamer, the woman in transition, and the woman still trying to find language for her story can all feel seen, valued, and supported.

That is the burden of a visionary.

To carry a picture of what could be before others can fully see it.
To build the room before the release happens.
To prepare the space before the tears fall.
To pray over the atmosphere before the women arrive.
To hold the assignment with care because you understand that what happens in the room may impact what a woman carries back into her home, her family, her future, and her faith.

This is why Releasing HER Experience mattered.

It was not just an event.
It was a safe space.
It was a sacred pause.
It was a place for women to release, embrace, breathe, laugh, worship, process, reconnect, and remember that they are still becoming.

To every woman who came from a different walk of life, a different season, a different story, and a different place, thank you for trusting the room.

And to the visionary who carried the burden to create it, we honor you.

Because when a woman is given a safe space to release what has been heavy, she does not just leave lighter.

She leaves more ready to engage her future.

You have carried it long enough.
Now it is time to release. 💜🌿✨
