✔️ Guaranteed 30 hours per week
✔️ Paid, in-clinic RBT training provided

At Total Care ABA, we’re dedicated to helping children grow through individualized, evidence-based therapy in a supportive clinic environment. We’re currently looking for dependable, positive individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to learn and grow within the ABA field.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting
• Support skill development through structured and engaging activities
• Follow behavior plans with guidance from a BCBA
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for working with children
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training provided)
