Turns out we don’t have too much control over what happens. We just get to keep choosing each day from a place of love. Sometimes it’s pretty, sometimes we fall. To have it any other way just seems too neat.

My hope for you is that you follow your light. You listen to, feel your heart speaking. Let the noise go, everyone has their opinion of what you should do, who you should love.

Surrender, dear one. Life will always catch you 🫶🏼

I heard they hung the best stars ✨ over New Mexico

Night time tea under the stars in the terrace
Dropping into deep rest during our floating sound bath
Natural perfume making
Delicious vegan meals

Sometimes we experience retreat or a class that lights a spark and then we let it fade because that just happens sometimes. This is an offer of extension, keep the spark lit.

you are not becoming someone else. you are becoming who you always were beneath the conditioning.

The busy, the job, the obligations, Worldy stress. All of these pieces play into the identity we choose each day. When we retreat we get to see these pieces through a new lens. Let’s call this lens more clear, not rosy- just clear. We get to choose again if many of these conditionings are still serving us. And it’s not that you get a playbook, and leave with all of your sought after answers, but instead you most likely leave with a tiny spark.

That spark can fizzle or that spark can become a flame. You choose.

My heart has been cracked wide open in Greece. I am back in Athens until I head over to Barcelona tomorrow. I feel as though a part of me belongs here, and I cannot explain it beyond that. I just know that I will cherish every moment I have experienced, and will count down the days until I return.

The Grecian door 🚪 tour 🥰

I’m throwing this out there for those of you following along on my journey, do you want to come to Greece? In true Kacy fashion, I have my eye on a new spot, new island. It’ll be an intimate group, high end accommodation, beautiful add-on amenities but the usual Follow your Light Retreat expectations.

I need four commitments to give a full YES- I have 2 already. This retreat would be the end of May 2027 🇬🇷

The invitation to slow has been accepted. And I’m feeling so grateful for this journey. The people I’ve met so far, just wow.

I joined a yoga retreat here in Croatia and each person is so kind, fun and open. Here on Brijuni Island it has a feel of the 60’s (animals were gifts to the president). There is one lonely elephant on island (more to come, she needs friends).

Retreats are challenging to put into words, and now that I am on the receiving end I can better articulate how to help someone take the leap if they’re contemplating joining. More amazing photos to come when we visit Rovinj tomorrow 🌞
