Enjoy life chips and a bunny mold are a great way to celebrate Easter with a custom chocolate bunny! Sometimes we even add crispy cereal or peanut butter with powdered sugar to make things a little more special.

After Valentine's Day celebration's! Made these cute cake style doughnuts today with King Arthur gluten free cake mix and our new Wilton mini doughnut pan. Set up a topping buffet, felt like we were at Duck Donuts, allergen free style. We will definitely make these again. Baked at 350 for 8 minutes. The leftover's were made in our favorite flavors, glazed, peanut butter fudge, and chocolate sprinkles of course. Off to the freezer they go!

Culver's in Salisbury is wonderful! They have Udi's gluten free buns as well as having a great system in place to handle allergy orders. It's so nice having a fast food restaurant that can handle a "no butter, no gluten" order and it tastes great! JD approved the burger and fries!

This is JD and this is my review of a new fudge brownie we found in the deli freezer at Food Lion and it was well worth it. It has eggs and soy in it, but if you can have eggs and soy, this is a really good substitute food. The brownie is gluten and dairy free. This brownie was more of a fudge based brownie with chocolate chips. I have no complaints because it tasted just like how I remember brownies taste. My parents also tasted it and liked it. There was only one problem we found with it, which was the price being $1.99 for a single brownie. The brownies are frozen so you can't dig in as soon as you get home but they thaw quickly! That makes them nice to keep in the freezer. I give this 4 out of 5 turtles mainly for the price.

Super simple recipe to add a little variety to your snacks. Either go all natural with homemade chips or cheat and use plain store bought chips. I've found a lot of chips use dairy or gluten as a binder to make flavors stick, for my homemade take on a sour cream and onion chip, I use olive oil.

JD and I would like to extend a special thanks to everyone who helped us host our first educational event! Dr. Magryta (Salisbury Pediatrics) Q (Jersey Mike's) Ruben (Courtyard Marriott) North Hills Christian School, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Abigail's Bakery, and Sam (Salisbury Post). Thank you all so very much! We hope to see our event grow in the upcoming years and more importantly, we look forward to helping people find easier ways to work around their food sensitivities.
