🌱Body awareness. Lying still and feeling the vibration helps you tune in to your body and where you hold tension.
♾️Shared connection. Resting in a room together creates a quiet sense of community, with no talking required.

Summer Solstice Sound Journey is tomorrow!! I’m so excited.

We’ve shifted to the Main floor of the Sacajewa Center instead due to the rain forecast.

So rain 🌧️ or shine ☀️ Saturday at 6pm join myself and Lyna!

Now instead of a background serenade of bird-sound we will hopefully have the sound of a good rain!

Bring what’s comfortable for you to sit or lie down on, a blanket and eye cover if you like.

Hello, I’m Sarah! I’ve lived in Salmon for over 13 years and I really love this little community and our river. I’m a mom, wife, social worker, Reiki teacher/practitioner, and Sound Journey facilitator!

It’s been a little while since I’ve introduced myself. I love nature, horses, whale sharks, and almost all other critters. I enjoy spending time with Devin and our boys, and being in or near water is my happy place.

I enjoy helping others find their happy place too. Helping couples create nurturing and supportive relationships has been my career focus for the last few years, and I’m expanding that work into more mindful and grounded offerings through Reiki and Sound Journeys.

If you know me, you know I’ve been with Lemhi Valley Social Services since I moved here. I still work there one day a week, but I needed more time to be a mom to my three boys and step into a different space to offer new healing modalities.

The White Horse Healing Center was established two years ago and offers a serene space for meditation gatherings, Sound Journeys, and other mindfulness-based events.

That brings me to this post — I’m excited to offer my first outdoor Sound Journey at the Sacajawea Center Amphitheater!

Join us to celebrate summer, the long days and cool nights. Sound and vibration create a really unique experience — perfect for meditation or even a fun date night!

Sit in a lawn chair, lie on a yoga mat, and notice how the vibrations move through your body and invite deep relaxation.

So excited to collaborate with Lyna again and offer an outdoor sound journey! This idea popped into my head and when I acted on it everything fell into place.
Life’s been full lately and I enjoy slowing down and having the opportunity share sound with others.

World Water Day Sound Journey ✨Sunday 5pm
