These three ingredients work so beautifully together ✨

A peel designed to be a gentle introduction to exfoliation, making it a great option for many skin types including sensitive and acne-prone.

Think of the pumpkin enzymes as helping break down that dead skin buildup, while lactic acid helps loosen those bonds and sweep those cells away.

This is one of my favorite ways to introduce someone to the world of peels, especially if you’re new to them or a little nervous about what to expect.

Then maybe… I’ll convince you to step it up to a medium-depth peel next time 😉

Acne healing is a journey

Usually the first step isn’t getting perfectly clear skin.
It’s simply calming the inflammation.

When this client first came to see me back in November, she had been struggling with both inflamed and non-inflamed acne for quite some time.

Since then, we’ve been working together consistently with treatments about every other month, including a series of Oxygen treatments, while slowly introducing new products into her home skincare routine.

At this stage of acne healing, progress can be slow and sometimes the skin can even appear to get worse before it gets better. Healing acne takes patience, consistency, and a customized approach.

But look at where we are now! We’ve made incredible progress in calming the inflammation and getting her active breakouts more under control.

Now that we’ve created a healthier, calmer foundation, we can begin moving into the next phase of her journey: addressing the post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation left behind by previous breakouts.

That may mean introducing treatments like chemical peels or microneedling to help continue improving tone, texture, and overall skin health. ✨

Acne doesn’t always have a quick fix, but consistency and trusting the process will take you far.
