Medicine Integration | Honoring the Ongoing Journey

Integration focused sessions rooted in an exploration of the seasons and elements of the natural world. Throughout the course we will participate in group process, creative exploration, and multi-sensory engagement with an emphasis on somatic and sound therapies.
This series will incorporate many of the common main elements of integration:
• Community engagement
• Psychoanalytical process
• Motion / Somatic practice
• Meditation (guided, breath, silent)
• Creative exploration (journaling, art, music)
• Multi sensory practices (engaging all senses ie: taste, sight, touch, smell, and sound)
Intents of the program:
To build character, increase resilience, and clarify purpose. To provide opportunities for furthered self discovery, friendship and community.
