You’ve been meaning to build this workshop for months.
It’s been sitting in your head. Maybe half-started in a Google Doc. Maybe just a sticky note on your desk that you keep moving but never actually doing.

And every week it doesn’t exist is another week your clients aren’t getting deeper in, staying longer, and telling their friends about you.
Here’s the truth: you don’t have a time problem. You have a ā€œdoing everything yourselfā€ problem.
So I built it for you. A done-for-you wellness workshop, fully mapped, ready to run, rooted in real Ayurvedic wisdom and the retention strategy that actually keeps people coming back.

You just show up and deliver it.
No more half-finished docs. No more ā€œI’ll get to it next quarter.ā€ It’s done. It’s yours. You walk in and teach.

Comment TOOLKIT and I’ll send you what’s inside. šŸ‘€

Read that again: your 10-pack is a goodbye gift. šŸŽ
I know that sounds harsh. But I’ve watched too many studio owners pour their soul into class quality, into marketing, into reels, while their entire revenue model is quietly training clients to walk away.

Class packs feel safe. They’re familiar. Everyone in the industry sells them. But ā€œeveryone does itā€ is the worst business strategy I’ve ever heard.
Here’s the truth: a class pack is a finite container. The second a client buys one, her brain starts counting down. She’s not committing to a practice, she’s managing inventory.

Memberships? Memberships build identity. ā€œI’m a member here.ā€ ā€œThis is my studio.ā€ ā€œThese are my people.ā€

That’s not a transaction. That’s a transformation.

If you’re tired of the revolving door, comment ENERRA below and I’ll send you the free Studio Retention Quiz. Let’s stop the leak.

Two studios.

Same city.
Similar classes.
Beautiful spaces.
Great teachers.

But one is always chasing new people.

The other is building belonging.

The difference is not always the class.

Sometimes it is what happens after class.

When a client has no next step, they drift.
When a client feels guided, they stay connected.

This is why I believe the future of boutique wellness is not just classes.

It is a client journey.

After years in this industry I’ve noticed something, the way a studio struggles is usually a direct reflection of the owner’s energy type.

The scattered studio with too much on the menu and members who can’t figure out what you actually do. The intense studio where the culture is electric but the teachers keep leaving. The beloved studio where everyone loves it but nothing has changed in three years.

Sound familiar?

Swipe through and tell me which one you are. šŸ‘†

Then, if you want to know exactly where YOUR studio’s retention is leaking, I just launched a free quiz that will tell you in under 2 minutes.

It’s not a dosha quiz. It’s a studio diagnostic.

Leaky Studio. Overextended Studio. Plateaued Studio.

Each result comes with a personalized email from me with real, specific things to look at in your studio this week.

Comment ELEVATE to take your quiz.

There’s a shift happening in wellness.

The studios that are growing, retaining, and evolving…
aren’t doing more.

They’re creating something people feel.

Something people come back to.
Something people become part of.

Not just a class.

But an experience that’s intentional, guided, and designed.

That’s the level I believe in. Comment ELEVATE and I’ll send you my studio audit quiz.

The studios that keep people aren’t always the biggest or the best marketed.
They’re the ones where members feel something they can’t quite explain.
Like they belong there. Like the space was made for someone like them.
That feeling has a framework. And it’s 5,000 years old.
Swipe to see how it works. šŸ‘†

Nutrition. Ayurveda. Integrated medicine. A full curriculum your studio can actually use.
Not a course. Not a PDF. A complete business in a box that gives your members a reason to stay.
Because retention isn’t a marketing problem. It’s a belonging problem. And this is how you fix it.

Most studios are trying to fix retention with marketing.

More posts. More ads. More promos.

But if your client experience stops at the class…
nothing sticks.

This is why people come for a few weeks…
then disappear.

Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re lazy.

Because no one showed them how to actually integrate the work into their life.

That’s the gap.

And it’s exactly what I built the Enerra Method to solve.

If you’re a studio owner and you feel this…
DM me ā€œENERGYā€ and I’ll walk you through it.

Momentum doesn’t show up because you want it.
It shows up because you built the conditions for it.
On a hard trail that means your cadence, your breathing, your gear. You don’t think your way up the climb, you system your way up it.
Your studio clients are the same.
They don’t need more motivation. They need a container that creates momentum for them, week after week, session after session, whether they feel like it or not.
That’s the difference between a client who stays for three months and one who stays for three years.
šŸ‘‡ What does your momentum system actually look like for a brand new client?

turned 44 yesterday.
And honestly the biggest thing that came up for me was trust.
Like truly trusting myself. My gut. My intuition. That I actually have everything I need inside me already, I don’t need to keep looking outside myself for validation or answers.
And I think about this a lot with studio owners too. Because we do the same thing. We second guess ourselves constantly. We look to everyone else for the answer when honestly? We already know.
You built your studio. You show up every day. You know your clients, your space, your vision better than anyone.
Trust that.
This is my trust era. And maybe it’s yours too. šŸ–¤
What would you do differently tomorrow if you actually trusted yourself?
