76 years old. Fit. Strong. Unstoppable.

If you knew what I knew about what she’s been through, you’d dance with her too.

Somebody 🤷🏿‍♂️ forgot to tell her to act her age.

But y’all, she’s feeling it today. God is so good. 🙏🏿

On this very day, April 17th, 46 years ago, I had just turned 18, and we buried my father at 64. Today, I’m 64, and for the first time, I spent my birthday alone, reflecting. But just like the song says, “I celebrate me,” and today, I did exactly that. No matter what you’ve been through, you must celebrate yourself. And I thank each and every one of you for making my 64th birthday special. Godspeed.

In my industry, I encounter two types of people. Those who have every intention to achieve results and those who let distractions derail them. The man in this video doesn’t succumb to distractions or excuses. He’s had more surgeries than an NFL linebacker yet remains committed to his goals.

He’s part of my group of remarkable individuals aged 75 and above, whom I’ve named He’s one of my “4-gotten one’s™”—75 years young. I’ll let this video tell his story, but remember this. it’s never too late, and you’re never too old—Not On my watch !
