Also we are not doing piercings at the moment. We had some issues and have to replace some equipment before we will be back up and running with piercings. As soon as we can pierce again, it will be posted. Thank you for your patience, Ivy at Pierceology is a great piercer and is who we recommend if we cannot be of service.

Flash event is today and tomorrow as well!

We are starting a stamp card for our shop flash events, once you get 10, your 11th one is 50% off!

You can still get your stamp credit if you got one from the previous flash event, just show the tattoo from the event, and we’ll stamp your card.

There will be a new flash sheet every month and at least one sale event throughout the month. Keep your eyes peeled for more events and fun things happening at the shop đź–¤

Joining the team is Taj, who did not apprentice at this shop, but apprenticed under the new owner and it is very exciting to have her joining the new shop endeavor. Taj has a strong illustrative, expressive style but isn’t limited to that. She is a very delightful person who loves bringing ideas to life, no matter the subject matter. Another great artist who started their career by apprenticing here at Resolute years ago and happened to come back just shortly before this transition set into motion. So glad the stars aligned for that because while Judd might be the most introverted of the bunch, he is an incredible black and grey artist with a wide variety of styles, but the same attention to detail regardless of the style. He is just as caring and in depth in how he deals with people as he is with his tattoos. Don’t be a stranger, reach out if you want him to bring your next tattoo idea to life.

Still just in the early stages of his career, but Tony will be the last person to ever get to do an apprenticeship at Resolute Tattoo. I am excited that he has learned so much from his time and experience and is eager to be a part of the new shop as well. He might be a newer artist, but he is learning fast and is open to all different styles. Really strong texture and black and grey shading work and a great attitude for learning even more styles. Hit him up quick while he’s still doing apprentice rates, before you know it that window of opportunity will pass.

Started her career here in this very shop, worked in other shops, conventions and guest spots before coming back to Resolute and we are excited to have her on board with us through the shop’s transition. A great big personality that always makes sure you are stoked on your tattoo design and will make you feel so at home you won’t even remember you’re being stabbed thousands of times in a row. Specializing in mandala work, but she’s a strong versatile artist that does great color work and even cover ups.

Legacy to the shop, Adam Bruce. Been here since the beginning of this shop and I am grateful and excited to have such a loyal, kind, and just fu***ng cool guy right from day 1 with the transition into the new shop. A lot of punk and metal styles, American traditional and medieval style images. But a long time tattoo artist and overall good dude who is more than happy to help figure out what best suits you.

✨So much is happening over here at 1626 South State street…change isn’t always easy, but sometimes it’s necessary.

Incredibly excited to announce that Resolute Tattoo will be transitioning into The Lighthouse starting March 1st.

New ownership means all kinds of new changes, but the goal is to be only good things happening here. The good vibes this shop has long been known for are definitely staying, but you’ll have to stay tuned to see what else is coming.

While the shop page is being remade, highlight reels have been added to give a glimpse of everyone’s work, but each artist is also tagged at the top to see more of their work or to schedule an appointment with them personally.
