Hi my name is Julie Kristine. I am a certified space holder, reiki master and quantum weaver. I work with the elements and multi dimensional energy to help empower people on their healing journey.

I love what I do! Every session is completely unique and carefully curated with love. Some sessions are about health coaching and food, some are ancestral, others are chakra alignment and energy clearing.

For this ceremony we did energy cord cutting with plant medicine, quantum healing, frequency Biofield tuning, candle magick and a little bit of ancestry. 🪄

Combined with my lived experience and constant continuing education, I’ve dedicated my life to the healing arts. It brings me joy and to witness people’s energy heal, light up, be emboldened. As your practitioner I will be your biggest cheerleader and also tell you the deepest truths. I’m not for everyone.

Most of my sessions I prefer to do online via zoom. (Lots of people have questions how that works, I’m happy to answer). But every now and then there is a special ocasión where I get to hold space in person. It’s always magical. All new clients are 1:1 one hour recorded zoom sessions that will be emailed to you after. This is usually a LOT of information. You won’t be disappointed. New client rate is $111
My regular clients are donation based and as frequent as needed. I usually give enough “homework” to last a week 😅 I will also accept trade work for social media design and management pending conversation and mutual agreements.

Things that keep me up at night as a dreamer for a better future:

* Governments pay a lot of money for trees and flowers and plants throughout the city and none of them feed the people of the community anything but allergies.

* Community parks but there isn’t a small space for gardens or even more specifically food waste compost. Did you know that food waste emits greenhouse gases that contributes to global warming? But then we pay all this money for chemicals for fertilizer or keeping grass green. It’s the double sided poison sword for me.

* What if every business adopted a dog or a cat and took care of it so we didn’t need so many shelters? We all just took responsibility for gods creatures?

* What if EVERY church and community center had a garden and a few safe houses for people leaving bad situations while they get on their feet? We wouldn’t have any homeless people or people left behind feeling unsafe where they sleep.

* What if there was a better way to build roads with old tires or something my brain can’t comprehend yet?

* What if instead of disconnecting the learning children from wise elderly, we had a place for children to bring joy and paint and learn and play w the elderly who have been neglected?

* What if there were after school programs that gave back to society or connected community in different ways?

* What if the farmers worked with the nutritionists and herbologists? What if the midwives and therapists and medicine people lived and worked in their own communities instead of being separated?

* What if the corporations were held accountable for their production and distribution of single use plastics? What if they spearheaded the movement to turn those single use plastics into earthship houses for those in need?

* What if we took care of the bees? What if we took the time to identify the weeds and see what medicine they might be used for? What if food waste was turned into literally anything else?

*What if everyone got to do a job they loved where it didn’t feel like work? What if our work/ life balance was actually balanced?

* What would it look like if everyone was living their most authentic purpose?

* What if this pivotal moment in history when everything is seemingly falling apart, that we open our doors, talk to our neighbors (yes even my awkward self)? What if we had the opportunity to take a step in reconnecting w nature and each other instead of further isolating?

We have a lot to learn as humans living in a society where we have been separated by fear, chaos, misinformation, ignorance and hate.
Based on the amount of humans who identify as religious or spiritual… we should be doing better. I’m just saying. Everything I’ve written as a what if, is attainable. It’s not even the bigger pictures. It’s just simple basics.

The divisiveness of politics keeping us fighting in short spans of 4 year time increments. Don’t we find that odd?! The divisiveness between men and women. And just when I think women can show everyone how it’s done, then it’s divided again between women of color and white women. And then it’s divided again between beliefs and authenticity, or other agendas. Don’t even get me started on division in sports! There will always be differences we can look at to divide us. Our differences are where the power lies. When we can learn to embrace each others differences and set aside our own egos to join into a society that looks different. Cocreating community means you have to get involved somehow. Otherwise it’s a community that was created and your magic wasn’t added and you don’t feel Included. Sounds basic but these are conversations I have often.

This divisiveness keeps us in chaos. I think we can all see and feel it.

What I’m getting to is that taking back our power as a community, we get to decide what that looks like. And change starts within. What are your biases that keep you on the outskirts of society? What hurt are you holding on to that came from community? What are you scared of?

What if….

Your garden was overflowing and you had extra tomatoes to give to neighbors. And someone’s cherries did great this season and they want so share. What if we were all so abundant in our unique skills that the entire community got to be abundant too?

What if we could have a better future and it starts today? What if being kind today was the ripple effect that was felt for centuries?
