Have you ever had one of those moments where you suddenly feel... off?

You’re exhausted. Your anxiety is louder than usual. Small things feel overwhelming. You want to pull away from everything and everyone, but you can’t quite explain why.

Then the mind starts asking:

“What’s wrong with me?”
“Why am I feeling like this?”
“Why can’t I just handle things the way I used to?”

What if nothing is wrong with you?
What if you’ve simply been carrying more than your nervous system was ever meant to hold?

Sensitive souls often become experts at feeling everyone else.

We notice shifts in energy. We sense emotions before words are spoken. We hold space. We overgive. We try to keep the peace.

Maybe what you're calling anxiety is exhaustion.

Your sensitivity isn't the problem.
