As I sit on the beach today resting and setting intentions for this retreat that starts tomorrow, I feel immense gratitude for my life, what I created for my self, and the beautiful things I get to experience.

I am also feeling so much gratitude for my mom... for how brave she was 27 years ago to fly across the continent alone with 5 little kids, a dog and 4 suitcases to come to a place where she never visited and did not know the language and leaving her career, her family, everything she owned and her country so that we could have a better life. Hoping that America would gives us what we didn't have in Uruguay.

If it wasn't for her bravery and sacrifice my life would probably not be anything like what it is.

So today I'm just grateful for the strength of all women in the world to create what they want, to fight for their kids safety and happiness and for her following her heart... 🙏 🥲 💚

For the last 11 years of guiding Past Life Regressions, there is one place some people go to that continues to leave me in awe.

It isn't Earth.
It isn't a planet.
It isn't even a place in the way we normally think of places.

And yet, people from all walks of life, who have never met each other, often describe it in remarkably similar ways and the energy there is the most beautiful thing.

They describe themselves as pure energy. Light. Awareness. Presence.
They speak of a state of complete peace, unconditional love, and profound belonging.

There is no striving there.
No healing to do.
No lessons to learn.
No goals to achieve.
No future to plan.
No past to carry.

There is only being...
Being with Source...
Being part of Source...
Being connected to everything and everyone in perfect harmony...
For as long as you want... no rush...
Timeless.
As if there was never a beginning and there will never be an end.

Many describe it as a place of rest between lives. A place where the soul remembers what it truly is before returning to another human experience.

Today, during one of my favorite regression sessions, my client traveled there.💖💖💖

The energy of that space is unlike anything I know how to describe. Every time I witness someone enter it, I feel honored beyond words. The messages that came through were filled with such love, wisdom, compassion, and simplicity.

I'm so blessed 🙏
I love what I do.

I am endlessly grateful to witness these experiences through Past Life Regression, Reiki, ceremonies, and all my sacred healing work.

Anytime we can remember these frequencies, even for a moment, it is a gift not just for ourselves...
A gift for each other and all humanity...
A gift for the Earth 🌎

And perhaps the greatest gift of all is remembering that beneath all the noise, all the striving, and all the becoming...
there is a part of us that has always known peace and unconditional love.

Motherhood is not only biological...
It is energetic.
It is the way we nurture, protect, soften, guide, and love deeply.

This Mother’s Day weekend, I’m thinking of all women I know... the mothers, grieving mothers, daughters missing their mothers, daughters who didn't have a good mother, sisters who have helped raised their siblings, women who longed to become mothers, fur baby moms, and the women who mother the world through their presence and love.

Some of the most maternal women I know have never had children of their own... it's an essence that goes beyond the physical.
I was a second mom to my siblings since they were born. I have been a second mom to my nieces and nephews, and some friends too. 💖

I was once told I may never have children, and somehow I was blessed with my daughter Natalia, who is now 18. Watching her grow into her own woman has been one of the greatest things of my life.

And now I continue with the kind of motherhood that is mothering my inner child, myself, the earth and the children around me. 🧡

To every woman reading this:
Thank you for the love you bring into this world.
You deserve the same softness and care you give so freely to others. 🤍
Happy mothers day to my mom, my sisters, my friends and all my clients. I love you 💖

When I look back to who I was, how I used to feel, where I come from and where my life was 10, 15, 20 years ago I can't help to feel my whole body spark with gratitude and to be honest, I'm just so proud of myself and how amazing the life I created is 💖🙏

And I always want to continue to help other women feel this way because it's life changing and we are all worth it 😘

Today marks 8 years since I opened OM Wellness Collective … wow!
We opened in 2018 with just 10 offices and a yoga room. I still remember how scared I was. I had been paying $200/month for my little office… and suddenly this new space was $3,500/month... you guys, that was more than I was even making at the time. It felt like one of the biggest leap of faith of my life.
But I trusted. I trusted myself.

And I’ll never forget the people who said, “Gaby, wherever you go, we go.”
That belief gave me the courage to keep growing.
Today we have 55 offices.
And you guys... that means 55 business owners building their dreams inside this space. That is incredible!!!!!!!!

I’m usually so busy working and enjoying my life that I don’t stop and really take this in… but right now I just feel beyond grateful. For every practitioner who trusted us. Every client who walks through our doors. Every person who helped shape OM into what it is today.

I’m deeply grateful for my business partner Adriana, who pours her whole heart into this place while raising two little babies. For my sister, who does so much behind the scenes. For my husband, who supports every wild dream I have and always asks how he can help.

And to everyone who believed in me, stood by me, and grew with us ! thank you. Truly.
What we’ve created together is something sacred.
And I don’t take a single part of it for granted. 🤍
