We’ve been busy at Cascade Springs over the past few months. We recently celebrated reaching 100 patients on service—a milestone that reflects the trust families place in us during one of life’s most vulnerable times. It is truly an honor to provide compassionate hospice care and support when it matters most.

Our team also enjoyed time together at the Moose Lodge in Heber City, where we hosted our Cascade Springs Christmas party. It was a great opportunity to connect outside of work, and many team members were able to bring their families to celebrate and enjoy time together.

We also want to thank those of you who support us out in the community by referring your patients, family members and friends to our services. Thank you.

Cascade Springs Home Health and Hospice would like to give a warm welcome to our new Director of Nursing, Angie Barney! ✨
Angie Grew up in Lehi, Utah. She loves gardening, traveling, being in nature, energy work, reading, learning new skills, and collecting supplies for projects and new hobbies that she usually doesn’t get around to pursuing! Angie grew up around horses, was active in her high school rodeo, 4H, and FFA. The one thing she cannot live without is her family: They ground, love, and support her and the most beautiful ways.

Angie has an extensive nursing career of 11 years in Home Health and Hospice. Angie is a great asset to our team and we are so excited to be working with her! 💞
