Tyler Williams just won the Cat 1 Men's 19-29 category at the Fox US Open of Mountain Biking at Deer Valley β and I had the privilege of sitting down with him right after his win. π΅
Tyler is 19-29. He competed at one of the most demanding downhill courses in North America. He showed up completely prepared β mentally, physically, and emotionally β and he delivered a winning run.
What he shared about his training, his mindset at the starting gate, and what this sport demands of a competitor is a masterclass in the four pillars of living young β from someone who is just getting started.
The mental pillar. The physical pillar. The emotional discipline. The purposeful commitment. All four β on two wheels β at Deer Valley.
Share this with a young person in your life who needs to see what serious commitment looks like. π₯
