Honestly, it’s frustrating that they changed the name from PCOS to PMOS.

Not because women with PCOS haven’t been saying for YEARS that it affects way more than just ovaries… but because now suddenly people want to take it seriously after so many of us spent years getting eye rolls when we explained our symptoms.

The exhaustion.
The weight gain.
The infertility.
The hair loss.
The mood swings.
The cravings.
The anxiety.

So many women were made to feel dramatic, lazy, or unhealthy instead of being listened to.

Now they’re finally acknowledging it’s a full metabolic and hormonal disorder… and honestly? That validation matters.

But it’s frustrating knowing how many women suffered while being dismissed first.
