We’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Our ideal person has a great personality and friendly phone voice, is quick and confident with computers, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Experience is wonderful, but personality, professionalism, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Dolly. 🤍

Some people are simply larger than life—not because they demand the spotlight, but because of the light they give to everyone around them.

Dolly Parton has always been so much more than the rhinestones, the unmistakable voice, the big hair and that wonderful sense of humor we all adore.

She has shown us that a woman can be glamorous and gracious. Strong and tender. Successful and generous. Faithful to where she came from while never being afraid to dream bigger.

She made us laugh.
She made us sing.
She reminded women that there is absolutely nothing wrong with loving a little lipstick, a little sparkle and feeling beautiful in your own skin.

MEET DR. CHARLES HARZKE
Medical Director | Waterford Wellness Spa

There’s experience—and then there’s the kind of experience that comes from decades of caring for women through every stage of life.

Dr. Charles Harzke is a board-certified OB/GYN and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) whose career has taken him from academic medicine and teaching to private practice and more than 20 years of caring for patients in San Angelo.

A Texas native, Dr. Harzke earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Texas A&M University before attending Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Texas Tech in El Paso and remained there as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology for approximately five years before transitioning into private practice.

Today, his practice is focused on office-based gynecology, with a particular interest in infertility and women’s health.

At Waterford, we are incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Harzke serving as our Medical Director, bringing another layer of medical knowledge, oversight and experience to the care we provide.

CLOCKED OUT…

Dr. Harzke and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 28 years and have three children—Audrey, Jackson and Mariel.

When he isn’t caring for patients, you’ll likely find him traveling, golfing or hunting.

And there is one résumé item we simply cannot leave out…

In 2026, Dr. Harzke traded his physician coat for dancing shoes and participated in Dancing with the Stars to help raise funds for West Texas Rehab.

He has since officially retired from dancing. 😂
