You do not have to rush.
You do not have to have everything figured out.
You do not have to feel guilty for slowing down and taking care of yourself.

Life gets busy. You take care of work, family, responsibilities, and somehow your own needs end up getting pushed further and further down the list.

But you matter too.

It’s easy to look around and feel like you should be further along.

Like other people have more time, more energy, or somehow have it all figured out.

But your life looks different now.

Your days are full. Your responsibilities are real. And your energy isn’t unlimited.

So your pace is going to look different too.

And that’s not a bad thing.

The goal isn’t to keep up with someone else’s timeline.
