Something to ground and uplift on New Year’s Eve.
We will begin in circle letting Blue Lotus (tea form) work its way through us as we set intentions. The tea is optional and non-psychoactive. We will then move into a gentle breathwork and dream deep with a special yoga nidra and soundbath. It’s early enough so you can go on with the rest of the evening as you wish. 🌀✨🌀✨🌀 this is our big version of a NYE celebration :)

Sweet December, you arrive swift and chilly, carrying a longing to sleep a little longer under layers of blankets and gather with friends over warm drinks. This month asks us to pause and look back on the year that’s passed and consider the commitments we want to honor moving forward.

If you’re feeling the desire to reconnect with your body and rebuild nourishing routines, I have several offerings to support you this season.
1. I’m offering 30% off my signature six-month Rooted Wellness package. Message me for details if you’re ready to step into winter feeling supported, grounded, and deeply cared for.
2. Winter Solstice Community Circle with 12/13
3. Moon Cycle Circle with Cacao and special guest sound healer
4. Enchanted NYE Yoga Nidra and Soundbath with at

I would love for you to join me in any or all of these forms of nourishment and care.

This winter Moon Cycle Circle invites you to pause, breathe, and return to your inner compass. We’ll celebrate the cycles of the past year and welcome the wisdom that arises when we move from the heart. Blue Lotus Cacao will accompany our journey into intuition and higher guidance, followed by a 45-minute sound bath offered by Gina Locurcio to seal the evening in resonance and rest.

Join us for a nourishing gathering where we'll connect, celebrate, and embrace the power of the sacred feminine in person.

When we eat with the seasons, we align with nature’s rhythm and receiving what our bodies need most. Pomegranates arrive like jewels in winter, bursting with antioxidants to nourish and protect us. Lemons and citrus bring immune-supporting vitamin C and serotonin-boosting brightness. Beetroots root us deeply, nourishing our blood and grounding our energy. Eating in season is nature’s way of guiding us toward balance and resilience.

But not everyone has the privilege to choose what’s on their plate.
Congress recently approved a 25% cut to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), placing millions of Americans at increased risk of hunger and with the ongoing government shutdown, benefits remain in doubt this month.
Food is more than fuel. It’s connection, dignity, and a basic human right.
So I ask you:
Why should we care? What feelings arise when access to nourishment is threatened? What is our role in ensuring everyone can eat with the same abundance nature offers us all?

Yesterday was the 10th day of Navratri, the day of Maa’s great victory. I am rarely moved by the passing of public figures, but there are a few whose transition feels deeply personal. Dr. Jane Goodall was one of them. Even though I wasn’t personally connected to her, her work was deeply personal. She was a solace to this world. Just knowing that amongst all the asuras, there was someone like her, doing the work, sharing her light, and inspiring countless people.

She transformed countless lives and devoted her being to protecting all living creatures. This truly is the work of a goddess. It feels profoundly poetic that her passing coincided with this sacred Navratri, a time of honoring the divine feminine. She was here as an embodiment of the goddess herself, teaching us how to live in harmony and fight for the voiceless.

May her soul’s journey beyond this world be filled with peace, and may her legacy continue through each of us who walk in her footsteps. And may a thousand more Jane Goodalls awaken in response, carrying her torch forward for generations to come.

Jai Maa.

One of the simplest and most beautiful lessons I learned from my grandmother about food: always feed someone or something before you eat yourself. If no one is present, leave food for the birds, pour water for a plant, or offer a morsel to the stray dog at your doorstep. In this way, nourishment was never a solitary act. Food was not private property, but a blessing to be shared.

In many cultures across the world, to eat alone is still rare. Meals are communal. Family gathered on the floor around a thali, neighbors were invited to join without ceremony, strangers passing by could be offered bread and tea. To eat together was to affirm life itself.

Modern research now confirms what our ancestors knew intuitively. Sharing meals strengthens bonds and builds community. Studies show that people who regularly eat with others experience lower rates of loneliness and depression, healthier digestion, and even longer lifespans. Children who grow up sharing meals at the family table are more likely to develop better relationships with food, greater resilience, and stronger emotional health. A table with others is fuller and healthier.

I’m so excited to offer Yoga Nidra at Home Yoga Studio for the next 4 Thursdays!

Yoga Nidra has been my anchor through life’s storms, especially during this incredibly difficult week. I keep returning to it, again and again. Yoga Nidra doesn’t numb you out. It awakens you. It reminds you of your inner wisdom and can empower you, even when the world feels heavy.

Join me in this practice. Let’s rest, reset, and rise together. .yoga

Are you ready to come home?
The Wild Woman reminds us of what is real.
She calls us back to what matters:
Sovereignty. Truth. Wholeness. Connection.
In a world that tells women to shrink, be quiet, stay busy, stay small, the Wild Woman says: “No. Come home.”

When a woman remembers her wildness, she becomes medicine.
For herself.
For her lineage.
For her community.
And for the world.

Becoming a Wild Woman is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
✨ If you feel the stir in your belly, the whisper in your bones-

In a world that often prioritizes productivity over presence, perfection over authenticity, and control over flow, the Wild Woman calls us back to the parts of ourselves we’ve buried—our instincts, our cycles, our softness, our rage, our joy, our grief, our power.

She is the antidote to burnout, to disconnection, to the silencing of our inner voice.
The Wild Woman is about reclamation. Reclaiming the body as sacred. Reclaiming emotion as wisdom. Reclaiming the earth as kin. Reclaiming intuition as truth. Reclaiming community, ceremony, and soul.

Now, more than ever, the world needs women who are fully awake. Who are rooted, radiant, and unafraid to live from a place of deep knowing.

The Wild Woman is not a fantasy, and she is not out of reach.
She is the remembrance of who we were before the world told us who to be.
Without her, our voice, our rights, our health, and our peace are at risk.
The Wild Woman is needed NOW.
