Let’s be real…the idea of scheduling an appointment to yap for an hour about all your hurts and troubles doesn’t sound appealing to absolutely everyone. It can feel overwhelming, vulnerable, embarrassing.
If you are a reader, Bibliotherapy is a great way to create a cozy space to open up conversations that evolve naturally and promote growth and healing.
If you are interested here’s how it works:
1. Schedule an Intake
2. You and I discuss at Intake what you’re wanting to work on and together we pick a book (fiction or non-fiction) that best aligns with your goals
3. We both read through the book on our own between each session and use the content to drive our conversations at your appointment.
