This topic is personal for me in ways I don’t often speak about publicly.

When I was in elementary school, my mama was murdered. Because of that experience, my relationship with true crime has always been different than simple curiosity or entertainment.

🪷I understand what it feels like when tragedy becomes a story people consume, discuss, speculate about, or move on from… while the people who loved that person continue carrying the reality of it every day.

That’s part of why this reflection mattered for me to write.

🌿 NEW BLOG IS LIVE 🌿Some people are okay being seen in the process.

🫣And some of us learn to keep our becoming private until it feels safe to share.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on visibility, justice, kindness, transformation, and the quiet question my 👧🏽 daughter asked me that stayed with me:

“Why do bad people have such good things happen to them, while good people are hidden and struggle?”

I don’t pretend to have answers for all of the layers in that question.

But I do believe there is value in slowing down long enough to ask:
✨ What are we participating in?
✨ What are we normalizing?
✨ What are we perpetuating when we choose to go along to get along?

👩🏽‍💻✍️This new blog is part reflection, part question, and part invitation to think deeper about being seen, safety, accountability, and what kind of world we help create every day.

I also linked an older piece from my archives because I noticed something interesting while writing this one… years ago I wrote about transformation and becoming.

🤨Today, I found myself asking what happens when becoming never felt safe to witness.

Behind the scenes moment… 👀✨

Just hit submit on The Soulpreneur Life: The Embodiment Journey — and whew… this one feels different.

This wasn’t just “create a journal and upload it.”
This was me sitting with the work. Living it. Refining it.
Asking myself… does this actually help someone move forward—not just reflect?

Because awareness is powerful…
but embodiment is what changes everything.

😆💛📚 Well… that didn’t take 72 hours.

It’s LIVE.

This book has lived a few lives already.

🙃What started as a “let me see if I can do this” moment—
during a season of chaos, growth, and honestly…

👩🏽‍💻😅a little fear—
is now something I can stand behind in a completely different way.

📖The first version was a beginning.
And I’m genuinely grateful for it… and for every person who found something they needed in those pages.

This version?
It’s clearer.
More honest.
More aligned with who I am now and how I actually move through life and business.

📚I didn’t scrap it.
I grew it.

There’s something powerful about allowing yourself to evolve instead of abandoning what you’ve already created.

So this is the re-launch.
The return.
The refined version of something that mattered enough to revisit.
