One of my favorite things to grow all summer long: butterfly pea flowers. 🦋

Depending on the flowers and how the tea is prepared, you can get beautiful shades of blues, greens and purples. Each year I add a new variety to my garden. 💚🩵💙💜

These flowers are grown right here on-site specifically for my own personal use and my Blaze Herbals products. I grow and harvest them throughout the summer so I can preserve them for use all winter long.

They’re available from Blaze Herbals as both dried butterfly pea flowers and as a tincture.

From my garden → harvested → dried or extracted → into your herbal apothecary. 🌿

This is one of the reasons I love growing my own herbs. There’s something pretty special about being able to walk outside, harvest what I need and preserve it for the seasons ahead.

A big reason I started my herbal brand was because of the amount of times I was fooled by herbal companies when I was just getting started with herbs. I would buy a product and I’d take it consistently and nothing would change. At first, I worried that I was wasting years of my life studying something that wasn’t going to help me. But thankfully being the stubborn person I am, I took matters into my own hands and after years of education and research, Blaze Herbals was born. I don’t just make herbal remedies for the public, I make them for myself.
I also want to point out that I don’t know everything! I still reach out to teachers and mentors for advice. I am constantly learning and I think that’s what life’s really about 🙃
