I hate having to do this but after a couple no call/no shows, I will be implementing a reschedule fee.

*Any appointment that is missed/cancelled without 48 hour notification will be subject to a $20 reschedule fee that must be paid BEFORE a new appointment will be made
* multiple reschedules will also be subject to a fee
* deposits are non-refundable

Also...

*Any tattoo appointment that wishes for me to numb them, there is a $5 fee and you must arrive 25 minutes prior to your appointment. (You are more than welcome to numb yourself)
