Effective immediately, Ink'd Up has established a new policy regarding ANY "No-Show" for scheduled appointments. If you have to cancel your already established & scheduled appointment, you MUST contact us at least no later than the day BEFORE your scheduled appointment (this policy does NOT apply to Consults... Scheduled Appointments ONLY)! If you call the day of your scheduled appointment, well that will not adhere to our new policy, so a $25.00 charge WILL BE ADDED to your Ink'd Up Account. Because of last minute cancellations (including emergencies), Ink'd Up ends up losing money from the outcome of your cancellation for that day & scheduled appointment time, so we thank you in advance for your understanding!
