Meet Rod Pullen, Vice Chair of TEAMability.
Rod is Executive Director, Asphalt Supply & Trading at Valero Energy Corporation.
Rod brings more than 35 years of engineering, operations, and commercial leadership experience to TEAMability’s board. His connection to TEAMability is also deeply personal: the organization’s website notes that his youngest son participates in TEAMability’s services, and he also has family members with Down syndrome.
That personal connection, paired with strong professional leadership, makes Rod a powerful advocate for our mission. We are grateful for his service and support. 💙

Mission Monday just got a whole lot more inspiring 💫
Today we’re celebrating a BIG first—one of our incredible patients stepping into her new role volunteering as a lobby greeter at Morgan's MAC (aka our amazing home base!). From first sessions to first shifts, this moment is what it’s all about.
We are so proud of her courage, her growth, and the joy she brings to everyone she meets. And we’re equally proud of the partnerships and collaborations that make opportunities like this possible—because when a community comes together, doors don’t just open… they stay open. 🚪✨
This is inclusion in action. This is independence growing in real time. This is in full bloom.
