Hi!
Can you believe there is actually a post here? Well, there have been a lot of changes in our lives, and since they make these pages ridiculously hard to deactivate I am updating it.
This will be a Carnivore or meat based lifestyle page.
Low carb 50 or below (thats for the Mexican splurge dinners we do indulge in) but the lowest amount of carbs possible in our daily lives. I will follow a few people on here that are amazingly informed, mostly doctors, who have helped us tremendously. Hubby was told by a doctor that he had to drop his pre-diabetic numbers to get healthy and do it by eating Carnivoure.
It has been 2 years now, he has lost over 35 pounds and his pre-diabetes is gone!
I realize some may not agree with this way of living, but it literally gave him back many healthy years. I have lost weight as well and feel terrific!
Do you know that your body requires Protien and Fat yet requires NO CARBS for you to live? We didn't even think about it, believing you are only responsible for what you know, now you know.
I will try to post meals and positive things as we go on this journey together.
