Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that God is always working behind the scenes. ❤️

I met coaches, brand partners, and even a doctor right here in San Antonio that I didn’t even know were part of this community.

Am I surprised? Not really.

I’ve been talking with the Lord for quite some time about this next chapter of my life and asking Him to bring the right people into my path—people who genuinely want to help others improve their health and quality of life.

As usual, He showed up.

What stood out to me most wasn’t titles or credentials. It was their heart. Their faith. Their love for the Lord. Their desire to serve others well.

As a holistic health coach for 16 years, integrity matters to me. The integrity of the people I work with. The integrity of the education. And the integrity of the products and solutions I choose to share with others. Yesterday reminded me that those values are alive and well right here in San Antonio.

I’ve always believed that health is about so much more than one thing. It’s about helping people feel better, have more energy, sleep better, support their hormones, improve metabolic health, support healthy blood glucose levels, reduce inflammation, and ultimately live life more fully.

The photos on the TOP were before my hysterectomy surgery in July 2025.
The photos on the BOTTOM are now… and you can absolutely see the difference. 💚

You can see the inflammation leaving my face.
You can see the healing.
You can see my body responding differently.

Menopause and hormone imbalance had been slowly taking over my life since I was 48… and after my hysterectomy, things became even more difficult physically, emotionally, and hormonally.

There were days I just didn’t feel like myself.

As a Holistic Health Coach for over 16 years, I knew my body was asking for help… but even then, I still struggled trying to figure out what support my body truly needed.

Then Partner.Co came into my life at exactly the right time… October 2025. 💚

And within DAYS of starting my hormonal drops, I knew something in my body was changing.

The inflammation started leaving.
I started sleeping again.
My energy started improving.
My body felt less swollen.
