How do you know when it’s time for a facelift?
Dr. Kenneth Yu explains the common signs that facial aging may have progressed beyond what non-surgical treatments can effectively address.
There is no specific age when someone “needs” a facelift. Instead, candidacy depends on the changes occurring in the face, jawline, neck, and lower facial tissues.
In this video, Dr. Yu discusses signs such as developing jowls, loss of jawline definition, loose neck skin, looking tired despite feeling rested, and getting less improvement from Botox, fillers, lasers, or other non-surgical treatments.
A facelift consultation doesn’t mean committing to surgery. It’s an opportunity to understand what is causing the changes you’re seeing and which treatment options may be appropriate.
