FULL HARVEST MOON SOUND BATH + BURNING BOWL CEREMONY

Come settle in, quiet the mind, and open your heart as we prepare together for an evening of transformation.
In the Garden behind Unity of San Antonio sanctuary. (Unless it’s too hot, then we will be in the sanctuary) Full moon water, hope & optimism will be served!

Thank you for all the birthday love! I had a birthday unlike any other. 🥰

I spent the first part of the day practicing self-love through self-care. I started early with a Zumba dance party, followed by red-light therapy on a therapeutic shake plate in a beauty shaper machine, which was a first for me! Then I enjoyed an amazing 90min massage with the fabulous Jenny Rice LMT.

I spent the evening in meditation at Unity. I feel deeply honored that Rev. Nina invited me to lead the Sacred Sound Meditation for Unity’s World Day of Prayer. This year’s theme was “Love Is Alive,” and I had the privilege of opening the ceremony by guiding the community into meditation through sacred sound. Buffalo Thunder closed the ceremony with Native American flute and gong meditation.

What a meaningful way to begin another journey around the sun!
Surrounded by love, prayer, movement, healing, and community. My heart is full.
🥰💛✨

Our next Full Harvest Moon Sound Bath and Moon portal will be held on September 26 and Shift Happens Wednesdays will resume next week! 🌕

What is Resonance Repatterning? Swipe through to learn more. ✨

Adapted from The Fundamentals of Resonance Repatterning by Chloe Faith Wordsworth—the founder and developer of Resonance Repatterning and author of Quantum Change Made Easy.

I was blessed to study directly with Chloe many times over the years before her transition, and I’m deeply grateful for her pioneering work, which has transformed not only my life but also so many lives across the globe.

If you’re ready to repattern, reprogram, and quantum leap into a new way of being, now is the time. Book your session at KindredAwakening.com.

Join us tonight for a donation-based group session. Release what is no longer serving you or your family system, and rise in community. Tickets are available under Events at KindredAwakening.com.

🌕 Full Moon Sound Bath + Burning Bowl Ceremony
Friday, August 28 at 8 PM
Unity of San Antonio

✨ NOW INSIDE THE SANCTUARY! ✨

With San Antonio temperatures reaching the triple digits, we’re bringing the Sound Bath inside the beautiful, cool sanctuary so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the experience.

We’ll set our intentions through a guided Repatterning, surf the sound waves of transformation, and release what no longer serves us through our Burning Bowl Ceremony.

And we’re still bringing a little of the Full Moon magic outdoors.
Moon water will be provided, and our Moon Portal will be waiting outside for you to step through, symbolically leaving behind what you’re ready to release and moving forward into what you’re choosing to create.

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and supported.

1724 W. Lawndale Dr.
San Antonio, TX 78209

$20 tickets. A portion of each ticket will be tithed to Unity of San Antonio.

I had the pleasure of spending the morning with Buffalo Thunder, creator of Contemporary Native Earth Wisdom, and I’m excited to welcome him into the Kindred Awakening space! ✨

Buffalo Thunder offers shamanic energy work and harmonic sound sessions, bringing a holistic, earth-centered approach to healing, balance, and connection.

I’m really looking forward to this collaboration and to expanding the ways our community can experience healing at Kindred Awakening. 💛

More information is coming soon! If you’re interested in experiencing a shamanic session with Buffalo Thunder, reach out and I’ll get you connected.

You can also experience Buffalo Thunder’s energy every 4th Wednesday for a Sacred Drum Circle, a powerful communal journey through sound, intention and Spirit. Bring a drum, rattle, an open heart, all are welcomed. Bring water. We will ground, open, release, and manifest. In the Unity Sanctuary.
