I’m usually the one providing these services, helping others relax, recharge, and feel their best. But, I finally got to be on the receiving end and let someone else take care of me!

I treated myself to a Japanese Head Spa treatment and a facial, and it was exactly what I needed. The relaxation, the scalp massage, the skincare, and the overall experience was incredible.

As a massage therapist, I always remind my clients that self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Today was my turn to practice what I preach, and I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and completely spoiled.
