Grief is the one emotion almost everyone will experience in life. I lost my Mamma in 2021. My grief took over my life for some time. Through therapy, I found some resolution and peace.

New Years Eve is upon us. We often take a look back and make assessments about ourselves, and what new habits we'd like to create. I think we should also look back and view our growth, even as we may feel we haven't grown or progressed. This can be done as a powerful part of self-care and mental wellness. Before you make lofty goals, look at who you are now and how you've overcome hardship and grown this last year.
