Your body is uniquely designed to work, and try to repair itself. Your hair is the last appendage (not life preserving) to receive nutrients through the blood supply. If any of your major organs are malfunctioning, the body does what it needs to do to help it. So, if the nutrients are going to the malfunctioning area and your hair is the last to recieve nutrients, it WILL come up short in distribution.
Be sure to pay attention to your internal health, because by the time your hair indicates a problem, you're playing catch up.......
