This sound bath begins with an extended guided meditation called “Immunity Garden.” 🌿

Reiki will be available during the meditation, allowing you to simply relax and receive.

Then we’ll move into a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the bowls to carry you somewhere a little quieter… a little deeper.

Yesterday, the world lost Dolly Parton. 💔

I am late posting about it, I know, but I have been sitting with it. About 10 years ago, I had the incredible honor of working as a massage therapist during her tour.

It was one of those experiences in my career that I will never forget.

I won’t share private details about that time, but I will say that being part of her world, even in such a small way, was truly special. Getting to witness a tiny piece of the life of someone who brought so much joy, kindness, music and generosity to so many people is something I will always be grateful for.

Dolly was one of a kind. ✨

I feel incredibly lucky that my career allowed me to cross paths with her, and today I’m remembering that experience with a very grateful heart.

Rest peacefully, Dolly. Thank you for the music, the laughter, and the reminder to always be unapologetically yourself. 💗

Last nights sound bath was truly special 💫

To everyone who has attended one of my community sound baths over the past few years… thank you. 🤍

What began as an idea grew into beautiful evenings of rest, connection, healing, and community. It has been an honor to hold space for each of you, and I’m so grateful you trusted me to be part of your journey.

As life and my practice continue to evolve, so are my sound healing offerings. While I am stepping away from hosting regular community sound baths, I am excited to begin a new chapter.

Starting next week, you’ll be able to book private Sound Bath & Meditation sessions for one or two people. These personalized experiences allow for a quieter, more intimate space to relax, reset, and reconnect.
