⭐2026 AAO Spotlight ⭐

Please join us in celebrating Dr. Lily Arendt on her remarkable achievement of becoming a Diplomate in Cornea and Refractive Technologies within the American Academy of Optometry’s CCLRT Section! 👏✨

Out of more than 150 CCLRT Diplomates, fewer than 10 hold this distinction, and Dr. Arendt is now one of only two women to achieve this honor. 💐

What does it take to earn this distinction? ✅ Seven case reports
✅ Written and practical examinations
✅ A rigorous two-hour oral exam

Dr. Arendt also presented on Corneal Dystrophies and Degenerations alongside Dr. Anthony Mac, former RSO Ocular Disease Resident, and Dr. Melanie Frogozo, who leads one of our fourth-year externship sites.

We are incredibly proud of Dr. Arendt and congratulate everyone involved on this outstanding accomplishment! 🏆🎉 ❤️
