Summer has been such a whirlwind so far! Working on 7 upcoming launches while also trying to remain present with kids. Schedule changing almost everyday. Summer camps that get out too early. Swim lessons. Staying up too late. Couldn’t love it more. ☀️🍉🌻

Happy Birthday to the guy who keeps things running behind the scenes 🎉

Steven is our cosmetic chemist, production manager, machinery fixer, compliance expert, problem solver… and somehow still the sweetest uncle to Catalina and Dos.

He works harder than anyone we know — long days, late nights, weekends — all to help build something special. We truly could not do this without him.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I get to work with my mom and brother everyday. I also get to bring my kids to our building. It definitely has its challenges. Working alongside family, trying to be present with my children while also taking care of business and meeting deadlines. We have high highs and low lows. But we’ve been doing this for so many years now and have worked through so many challenges, things finally feel like they’re steadily on the up and up.

Rich in life because I get to create better beauty with the people I love and share that with the world 🩷💚
