Estelle was extremely patient with my 11yo daughter - who had PTSD from a bad blood draw from 6 years ago and has been deathly afraid of needles ever since.
She traveled to our home, booked the same week, and got it all done quickly.
Estelle miraculously helped my daughter feel as comfortable as possible, took the time to explain everything, and gained her trust. I was particularly grateful when I saw her genuine care for my daughter's wellbeing when she saw her getting too worked up by the end of the blood draw (there were several vials ordered by the doctor). Instead of immediately leaving when she got all the samples, she stayed to ensure my daughter was okay. Estelle guided us on how to ensure my daughter was stable - laying her down, getting a cold pack, and chocolate milk to drink.
She monitored and didn't leave until she could see my daughter was good. I HIGHLY recommend Estelle! Thank you.
