The most dangerous diagnosis is not Parkinson’s, ALS, or cancer.

It is the moment someone convinces you that healing is no longer possible.

Over the years, I have watched people recover from conditions they were told they would have for the rest of their lives. I have seen symptoms disappear, hope return, and lives change.

Why?

Because the human body is far more capable than most of us have been taught to believe.

Every recovery story I share is a reminder that healing is possible. Not because those people are different, but because we are all made from the same biological blueprint.

I cannot unknow what I have seen.

I have witnessed too many recoveries and experienced healing in my own life to believe otherwise.

The framework I teach today did not begin in a clinic, it began with my own health.

As a student, I started noticing something that I could not ignore: certain changes in my daily habits created dramatic changes in how I felt. My energy changed. My symptoms changed. My mind became clearer.

For years, I tracked everything I could. I paid attention to what impacted my gut, my brain, my metabolism, and my overall health. I was searching for patterns that explained why the body heals in some situations and struggles in others.

What I discovered changed the way I practice medicine forever.

When it comes to parasites, the goal is not to eliminate every organism from the body.

The goal is to restore balance.

A healthy microbiome and resilient immune system create an environment where harmful organisms are far less likely to thrive. That is why I focus on the terrain, not just the parasite.

Two of the most powerful ways to support that terrain are reducing sugar and processed foods and incorporating periods of fasting.

Instead of asking what is living in the body, start looking at the conditions that allow it to flourish in the first place.
