Second class of the day… and what a finale 💕

Today I trained a group of dental assistant students all Gen Z and they completely made my day.

“Miss Claudia, take a picture with us!” 📸
Then on three: “clock it, clock it, clock it!” 😂

I don’t fully know what it means but I knew it was a moment.

And that’s what I love about what I do
it’s not just about teaching CPR.

It’s about connection, perspective, and bridging generations in healthcare.

Every class reminds me… I’m not just teaching a skill, I’m leaving something more behind.

Grateful for the energy, the laughs, and this perfect ending to my day. 💫

Today I had the opportunity to train a group of future medical assistants, and my heart is full. ❤️

Yes, I came to teach CPR… but the conversations went so much deeper. We talked about real life in healthcare showing up alert for your patients, working with different types of doctors, leaders and navigating the generational gaps between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers.

Because the truth is… that gap is real. And if we don’t learn to understand each other, it affects our teams, work flows and our patients.

It’s important for me to give perspective. I’m not just an instructor who shows up to teach a skill I truly believe I’m there to give them something more. Something they can carry with them into their careers and into how they treat people.

And the best part?
When they say, “Is that it?”
“Can we get your card?”
“Do you come talk to younger students?”
“How can we bring you back?”
That’s when I know it’s bigger than CPR.

Grateful to not only teach skills… but to help shape mindset, confidence, and the future of healthcare. 💫

✨ Back in Midland doing what I love ✨

I had the opportunity (again!) to return to Sculpt- HAUS in Midland, TX for their CPR/BLS renewal and let me tell you, it’s always such a great experience.

Even though I’m based in San Antonio, moments like this remind me why I do what I do… when a clinic calls you back, it means trust, connection, and quality training ❤️

We went deep into:
✔️ CPR skills
✔️ AED use
✔️ First Aid essentials

Training alongside such an amazing team of nurse practitioners and my sweet friend Angie (PA!) makes it even more special.
