This week’s reminder:
You are allowed to disappoint people who expected you to keep betraying yourself.

Setting boundaries doesn’t make you mean.
Saying no doesn’t make you difficult.
Choosing peace over pleasing others is a radical act of self-respect.

This Monday, don’t shrink for anyone. Don’t explain your healing. You’ve already been through enough.
