I don't know about you, but I am OVER this Summer. 😂☀️

And I mean that literally AND metaphorically.

While making this Reel, I realized there was a time when I essentially structured my entire life as though it were Summer all year long.

I said yes to everything. I filled my calendar. I overcommitted. I stayed available. I worked hard and expected myself to show up tomorrow with exactly the same capacity I had today.

I didn't understand that I was asking my body to operate in one energetic season indefinitely.
Just like nature, women have Inner Seasons.

There are times when we naturally want to emerge and create—Spring.
Times when we want to connect, lead and expand—Summer.
Times when we need to discern, edit and release—Autumn.
And times when our bodies ask us to turn inward, reflect and restore—Winter.

We need ALL of them.

Yet so many women have learned to value Summer above everything else because it's the season that looks productive from the outside.

Eventually, living that way can leave us exhausted, resentful, irritable and disconnected from ourselves.
Living in rhythm isn't about abandoning responsibility or ambition. It's learning to stop demanding the same energy from yourself every day.

This is exactly what we're exploring together in my FREE workshop:
🌿 Living in Rhythm: How to Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions with Your Inner Seasons

High achievement means nothing if it costs you your connection to self.

I've worked with so many incredibly capable women who can manage businesses, careers, families, relationships, teams, schedules, and everyone else's needs—but when I ask them a very simple question...

"What do YOU need right now?"

They don't know.

And that says so much about the way many women have learned to live.

We've become incredibly skilled at functioning while disconnected from ourselves.
We push through exhaustion because things need to get done. We ignore our changing energy because our calendars don't change with us. We dismiss emotions because there isn't time to feel them. We continue giving because other people are depending on us.

And eventually, achievement begins costing too much.

It costs us our energy, joy, relationships, creativity, nervous system capacity and, perhaps most importantly, our ability to trust ourselves.

I don't believe women need to abandon ambition or become less successful.

I believe we need a different relationship with success.

One that allows us to recognize when our bodies are asking us to create and when they're asking us to restore. When we have capacity for connection and when we need space. When it's time to move outward and when it's time to come inward.

That's what it means to live in rhythm.

And on September 17th, I'm going to teach you how.

What if YOU aren't the problem—but the way you've been taught to live is?

I meet so many women who are exhausted from trying to maintain the same pace, productivity, emotional availability, and capacity every single day.

When they can't, they immediately turn on themselves.

Why can't I keep up anymore? Why am I so tired? Why am I more emotional? Why do I need more space? What's wrong with me?

But what if nothing is "wrong"?

Women are not linear beings. Our biology, hormones, emotions, energy, and nervous system capacity naturally shift.

And this becomes especially important as we move through perimenopause, menopause, and different seasons of our lives.

Living in rhythm isn't about throwing away your calendar, responsibilities, career, or ambition. It's about understanding yourself deeply enough to create structures that support your body rather than constantly asking your body to adapt to them.

On September 17th, I'm teaching a completely FREE live workshop called:

🌿 Living in Rhythm: How to Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions with Your Inner Seasons
We'll explore the Four Inner Seasons, the nervous system–hormone connection, how to recognize and work with your changing capacity, and what happens when women spend years overriding their body's signals.

We'll also experience a live Somatic Seasonal Mapping + Feminine Energy Attunement Practice together.

And when you attend live, you'll receive my complimentary 12-Page Somatic Exercises for Hormonal Balance Workbook.

🌑 ECLIPSE TRUTH BOMB: Some of the patterns we inherited were never ours to keep.

This eclipse has me looking deeply at some of the patterns that were modeled for me as a woman—and how those patterns contributed to my own disconnection from my Feminine.

Growing up, my relationship with Feminine Rhythm was absolutely NOT modeled for me.

What I witnessed was a version of womanhood where women were often in service to the men in the household. Women cooked, cleaned, cared for everyone, picked up after everyone, and often carried an enormous amount of the emotional and domestic responsibility.

And I want to be very clear here: 🌹 loving, nurturing, and caring for the people in our lives isn't the problem.

The problem is when our care for everyone else continually requires us to abandon ourselves.

When we're so busy tending to everyone else's needs that we stop asking, What do I need? What is my body communicating? What am I actually available for? Where are my boundaries? What season am I in?

Those early patterns reinforced a disconnection from my own body that I eventually had to consciously begin undoing.

And now? I CHOOSE DEVOTION.

I have made it part of my life's commitment to understand my biology, honor my emotions, listen to my capacity, respect my boundaries, and develop a relationship with my own Feminine Rhythm.

Because this eclipse has reminded me of something powerful: 🔥 everything outside of us is capable of changing.

Relationships change. Roles change. Our bodies change. Our capacity changes. Even the identities we've built that once gave us love, belonging, approval, or validation can change.

But the ONE relationship you will inhabit for the entirety of your life is the relationship you have with yourself.

So maybe the question becomes: How much of yourself are you willing to abandon in order to maintain everything outside of you?

For me, that answer has changed.

🌹 My Feminine matters. And yours does too.

On September 17 at 5:30 PM PT, I'm hosting a FREE workshop, Living in Rhythm: Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions With Your Inner Seasons.

It's an invitation to understand your body, recognize your changing capacity, and begin developing a deeper relationship with the woman underneath all the roles you've learned to perform.

🌹 The Feminine heals through FLOW, not FORCE.

Yet so many women have spent years living almost entirely in force.

We produce, perform, nurture, lead, socialize, achieve, care for everyone around us, and remain available regardless of what our own bodies are communicating.

Essentially, we’ve learned to live in Summer all year long. ☀️

Summer itself isn’t the problem. Summer is beautiful. It’s our season of expansion, connection, visibility, expression, leadership, and outward energy.

🔥 The problem is Endless Summer.

When a woman continually asks herself to stay expanded without honoring her need for reflection, discernment, release, solitude, and restoration, she can gradually lose connection with the very signals designed to guide her.

Fatigue becomes something to push through. 😴 Irritation gets dismissed. The desire for solitude creates guilt. Boundaries get ignored until resentment begins building. And eventually, we can become so accustomed to overriding ourselves that we don’t recognize what our bodies need until they have to get much LOUDER.

The cost can look like burnout, emotional reactivity, resentment, disconnection from creativity and desire, difficulty receiving support, and a nervous system spending far too much time mobilized around responsibility.

And here’s the part I really want women to hear:

What looks like strength from the outside can quietly become over-functioning on the inside.

🌹 FLOW asks something different of us. It allows for seasons of expansion AND contraction, creating AND restoring, leading AND receiving, saying YES and having enough discernment to know when the answer needs to be NO.

That’s feminine rhythm.

✨ Your power isn’t found in remaining endlessly expanded. It’s knowing what season you’re in and trusting yourself enough to honor it.

This week on the blog, I’m going deeper into exactly this in What Season Are You In?

Read What Season Are You In: https://www.epicluv.com/inner-seasons-for-women/

👇 Drop FLOW in the comments and I’ll send you something I think you’re going to want MORE of.

And sit with this one today:

Where in your life are you still using FORCE when your body is asking for FLOW?

08/25/2026

🌹 REST ISN’T OPTIONAL. It’s a requirement.

Yet somewhere along the way, exhaustion became so normalized that many women don’t even recognize how often they’re overriding their bodies.

😴 You get 5–6 hours of sleep and still expect yourself to perform at full capacity. You’re exhausted, so you reach for another cup of coffee. ☕ Your body is asking you to slow down, but there are responsibilities, people who need you, deadlines to meet, and things that still need to get done.

So you do what you’ve learned to do: you push through.

And after years of living this way, something interesting can happen…

🔥 Slowing down starts to feel harder than continuing to DO.

You finally have an afternoon with nothing on your calendar, but you can’t sit still. You try to rest, but feel guilty. You leave something unfinished and your mind keeps returning to everything you *should* be doing.

This is why sometimes the deeper work isn’t another productivity hack.

🌿 It’s learning how to feel SAFE when you’re not being productive.

Safe to slow down. Safe to have limits. Safe to leave something until tomorrow. Safe to say,
That’s enough for today.” And safe to rest without believing you first have to earn it.

Because REST doesn’t make you less ambitious, less capable, or less successful.

✨ Rest is part of what makes sustainable success possible.

When your nervous system has opportunities for recovery and regulation, you have greater capacity to return to your life with presence, creativity, discernment, connection, and intentional action.

🌹 The Mature Feminine doesn’t prove her power through how much exhaustion she can tolerate. She learns to honor when her body says ENOUGH.

👇 Drop RELATE in the comments if slowing down or resting without guilt is something you struggle with.

And here’s the question I really want you to sit with:

When you finally have NOTHING you need to do…can you actually let yourself rest?

What season are you in today? Not the season outside your window—but the one unfolding within you. Some days we feel creat...

What season are you in today?

Not the season outside your window—but the one unfolding within you.
Some days we feel creative, expressive, connected, and ready to move.

Other days our bodies ask for something completely different: more space, greater discernment, completion, release, or rest.

Nature understands this instinctively.
Nothing in the natural world is expected to bloom continuously.

Yet women often expect exactly that from ourselves.

We try to remain in what I call Endless Summer—producing, performing, nurturing, leading, socializing, achieving, and remaining available regardless of our changing capacity.

But we have Four Inner Seasons:

❄️ Winter — The Wise Woman: rest, vision, discernment
🌱 Spring — The Creator: curiosity, creativity, possibility
☀️ Summer — The Leader: expression, connection, visibility
🍂 Autumn — The Editor: truth, refinement, release

Every season has a purpose.
And these seasons don't simply disappear as we age. They evolve.

Perimenopause can change the familiar map as hormonal patterns become less predictable, asking us to become more attuned to what our bodies are communicating.

And beyond menopause, I teach women how to intentionally reconnect with their Inner Seasons through nature and the lunar cycle as an external framework for cyclical living.

In my newest blog, I'm going deeper into the Four Inner Seasons, what happens when we continually try to live in Summer, and how our relationship with rhythm evolves through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

The life you want requires a nervous system that isn’t addicted to stress and productivity.

Have you ever finally had an afternoon with NOTHING you needed to do…and found yourself looking for something to do anyway?

For many women, being busy has become so familiar that slowing down can actually feel uncomfortable.

We tell ourselves we're simply driven, ambitious, responsible, or productive.

But sometimes our nervous systems have spent so much time organized around doing, producing, caregiving, solving, and responding that we don't know what to do with ourselves when the pressure disappears.

Here are 3 places to get curious:

🔥 Rest makes you restless.
You struggle to sit still without reaching for your phone, checking email, cleaning something, or finding another task.

🌹 Productivity has become connected to worth.
You feel good about yourself when you've accomplished a lot—and guilty or disappointed when you haven't.

🌙 You continually override your capacity.
Your body tells you she's exhausted, overstimulated, or needs space, but you continue pushing because there's still more to do.

Eventually, constant activation can become so familiar that we mistake it for who we are.
But familiar doesn't mean regulated.

And creating a different life doesn't necessarily require becoming less ambitious.
It may require learning another rhythm.

A rhythm that includes action and restoration.

Leadership and receiving.
Expansion and turning inward.

🌙 That's exactly what we're exploring during my FREE workshop on September 17 at 5:30 PM PT:

Living in Rhythm: Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions With Your Inner Seasons

Tell me below: Which one do you recognize most in yourself?

08/21/2026

What if some of the “productivity habits” we've been taught are actually making it harder for women to listen to their bodies?

We're taught to value consistency:

Be productive every day.
Be available every day.
Keep your emotions under control.
Keep going regardless of your capacity.

And eventually, we can begin expecting ourselves to operate like the same woman every single day.

I see it happening in three big ways:

🔥 Productivity: always needing to be doing or accomplishing something.
🌹 Availability: expecting yourself to have the same emotional, relational, and social capacity regardless of what's happening internally.
🌙 Self-override: recognizing that you're depleted or at capacity and continuing to push anyway.

But feminine biology isn't about maintaining one constant state.

Our energy and capacity change. There are seasons when we naturally have more available for creation, connection, and outward movement—and seasons when we need greater discernment, space, completion, and restoration.

The goal isn't to abandon structure or responsibility.

It's learning how to stop fighting every change in capacity.

Stop forcing consistency. Start honoring capacity. THAT is Living in Rhythm.

🌙 On September 17 at 5:30 PM PT, I'm hosting a FREE workshop:
Living in Rhythm: Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions With Your Inner Seasons

We'll explore how to recognize your Inner Seasons and begin working with your changing energy rather than continually overriding it.

👇 And I'm curious: Which one do you recognize most in yourself—productivity, availability, or self-override?

08/20/2026

THE FUTURE OF WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP IS NOT LINEAR.

For decades, women have been taught that success means being able to produce at the same level every day.

Stay focused.
Stay available.
Keep achieving.
Keep giving.
Keep going.

But what if the next evolution of women's leadership isn't about proving how much we can continually DO?

What if it's about understanding when to rise, when to lead, when to discern, and when to restore?

Feminine biology is cyclical. During our reproductive years, hormones shift throughout the menstrual cycle. During perimenopause, those patterns can become increasingly variable. And beyond menopause, we can intentionally reconnect with the cycles of nature and the Moon as a framework for continuing to live rhythmically.

🌙 Feminine rhythm moves through seasons:

🔥Rising — creating, initiating, exploring
🌸 Peaking— leading, connecting, expressing
🍂 Slowing — discerning, refining, releasing
❄️ Restoring — resting, reflecting, listening

Every season brings a different capacity.

And when we stop expecting ourselves to live in a perpetual state of peak performance, something changes.

We can begin creating a relationship with productivity that doesn't require constant self-override.

We can build leadership around capacity instead of depletion.

We can recognize restoration as part of sustainable performance rather than something we earn after burnout.

🤬 That's not laziness.

🌹 That's alignment.

And THAT is the conversation we're having on September 17 at 5:30 PM PT during my FREE workshop:

🌙 LIVING IN RHYTHM: How to Align Your Energy, Work & Emotions With Your Inner Seasons

If you're ready to understand what it means to work, lead, and LIVE with your body instead of constantly against it, join me.

✨ FREE RSVP:
https://www.epicluv.com/event/2026-living-in-rhythm/

Because the future of women's leadership isn't about becoming better at overriding ourselves.

It's about becoming powerful enough to stop needing to.
