After more than a year, I’m finally updating my website and posting pics from our yoga retreat in the Anza Borrego desert! This was a short one but so rejuvenating with the best group of gals, the best food by and all in one of my favorite places ever. We got a lot of time to relax and recharge on a digital detox, reconnect with ourselves in nature and even got a hike and a pool day in. Thank you ladies for making this trip an unforgettable one🙏🏼🩷✨

Yoga on Sunset Cliffs🌊

Join us tomorrow (and every Saturday!) at 10:30 for an accessible vinyasa flow on the magical Sunset Cliffs in San Diego. Even if you’ve never done yoga, come try it out! Just being there is a big part of the magic. I have many students who just lay down and take it all in as their yoga practice.

Join me in flowing with the sound of the ocean, the sea breeze and the healing energy of the cliffs, then resting and soaking it all in with a sound healing savasana.

📍Location: Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St.

✔️Please try to come 5-10 minutes early so I can check you in before class starts
✔️Bring a mat, towel for under your mat, sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, and water. Possibly layers as the cliffs can get unexpected weather

YOGA IN THE PARK 🧘🏻‍♀️

Sunday funday edition!

We’ll gather and flow again this weekend, this time in the beautiful Liberty Station, I found a spot that looks like an outdoor studio!

Please bring a mat, anything you might need for sun (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), possibly layers depending on weather and a towel for under your mat (we’ll be on the dirt). All of these are optional of course.
