We decided to go smaller.

Our newest Charis Pilates & Wellness studio will feature only 8 reformers.

By design.

Because we believe Pilates should feel personal.
Never crowded.

One of the hardest parts of owning a boutique studio is balancing relationships with policies. We are proud of the community we have built and the relationships made at Charis.
Last month alone, we experienced 300+ late cancels and no-shows at our studios. Many of those classes had waitlists, yet reformers still sat empty while members hoping to attend missed out.
As a small family-owned studio, every spot matters.
These updates are not about penalties. They are about protecting class availability, supporting our incredible instructors, and preserving the personalized experience that makes Charis so special.
The good news? If you plan ahead, this policy likely won’t affect you at all. 💚
