I’ve had less time for bodywork these days and spending more time helping my son train for these competitions. Sometimes it’s hard, we wake up at 4:30 to train before school, drop him off at the gym after school and plan his meals in between. Sometimes I want skip the gym and go back to sleep but seeing him happy when his hard work pays off is worth it. As long as he loves it I will be there to support him. #
