It is with so much excitement to announce that my GONE WELL METHOD integrative health program is NOW LIVE on Girl Gone Well!

Not only did the site get this new addition but an entire new vibe and look✨

I set out over a year ago to create Girl Gone Well with a mission that it be a resource for women to find the content and tools that would elevate their health and self-development journey.

After the site launch in July I kept after my personal goal to build a coaching program that would support women struggling in the same five areas I had for so long.

2020 was a tense time of facing ourselves and the world through a new lens. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Personally, I made more pivots and shifts in my mindset than I can ever remember making in a years’ time. One thing I believe to be true is that everything happens for your evolution and in your favor. I am forever grateful for the lessons 2020 taught me and I feel inspired looking to 2021. ⁠⠀

There are a lot of thing to leave behind as we step into the New Year, but these are the things I hope you carry into 2021. ⁠⠀
