✨A Sankalpa is more than a goal; it is a seed of transformation. It reminds us of who we are becoming and invites us to move through our practice with purpose.
As we flow through the breath, the movement, and the asana, layers begin to unfold. The mind becomes quieter. The body softens. We return to the present moment.
Every time we step onto our mat, we are invited into a deeper conversation with ourselves.
The practice begins with a check-in. How am I feeling today? What emotions are present? Instead of pushing them away, we acknowledge them, accept them, and give them space. Emotions are energy in motion, they are not who we are.
From that place of awareness, we connect with our Sankalpa, our heartfelt intention.
This is the power of yoga, not to become someone else, but to remember who we truly are.
