Part 2: CARPAL TUNNEL. 🌿 If you did our home test and it came out positive, you can start treating yourself with this routine:

STEP 1
Position your elbow in a 42-degree angle, so your arm looks like an “L”, with your hand straight.

STEP 2
Bend your fingers into a “hook”.

STEP 3
Now turn your fingers inwards your palm, so you are making a fist ✊

STEP 4
Then extend your fingers into a tabletop position.

STEP 5
Finally, bend your fingers so they are parallel with your palm.

Repeat this 5 times and hold each position for 30 seconds 🕦
